About me
My library career began at the Music Library of the University of Illinois in 1978. At UIUC, I received my MSLIS while working at the Music, Math, and Main Libraries. Starting in 1985, I did cataloging and authority control work at UConn, then because head of Collections Services at Providence College in 1993. In 2005, I became the Knowledge Management Librarian at the HELIN Consortium in RI. I took a position with Innovative Interfaces in 2016 and have held several positions, landing in Customer Success when that team was created. Currently, I manage that team and couldn’t be happier.
